1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BuzzBox website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

 

2. Services Offered

BuzzBox provides monthly subscription-based social media content services, including but not limited to reels, graphics, captions, and branding assets. The services are delivered digitally through your registered email and/or shared cloud links.

 

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. By using BuzzBox, you confirm you meet these requirements.

 

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. We do not store card details.

  • Prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

 

5. Content & Delivery

  • Content is delivered within 14 business days after onboarding and receiving complete brand assets.

  • Delays in submitting content preferences or brand materials may impact delivery timelines.

  • All content is created based on your selected plan and preferences provided during onboarding.

 

6. Revisions & Modifications

  • Each plan includes a limited number of revision rounds.

  • Additional revisions or content requests outside the agreed package may incur extra charges.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely brand information, assets, and feedback.

  • Not use BuzzBox content for unlawful, misleading, or offensive purposes.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All final content delivered to you becomes your property upon full payment.

  • BuzzBox retains the right to use samples of non-confidential work in its portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

 

9. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription any time before your next billing cycle.

  • As BuzzBox provides custom services, no refunds are provided once production begins.

 

10. Termination

BuzzBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and service access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse our content.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

BuzzBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the most recent month of service.

 

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, India.
