Once we've had your onboarding call and received your brand assets, your first box is built and delivered that same month. Every box includes one round of revisions, so you can request changes before anything goes live.

No. After the onboarding call, the process is designed to run without you. We plan the calendar, produce the content, you review it once, and then you post. Most clients spend well under an hour a month on it.

Yes on both. Plans are monthly rather than annual contracts, so you can cancel before your next billing date, and our full terms are on the Refunds and Cancellation page. Most of our clients are in the US and Canada, and we work in your timezone and in English.
