1. Overview

At BuzzBox, we provide fully customized content tailored specifically to each client’s brand. As our services involve manual creative production, we have a transparent and specific refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

2. Subscription Model

All BuzzBox content plans are subscription-based and billed in advance on a monthly basis. Each subscription includes a new monthly box of content as per your selected plan.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once we begin work on your monthly content.

  • Refunds are not applicable for partial months, unused services, or dissatisfaction due to delayed communication or lack of inputs from the client’s side.

  • If you believe you were charged in error or experience technical issues, please reach out to us at hello@buzzboxsocial.com within 7 days of billing.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be made at least 5 business days before the next billing date.

  • To cancel, email hello@buzzboxsocial.com or manage your subscription through your BuzzBox account.

5. Pause or Skip Option

If you need to skip a month, you may request a pause by notifying us at least 5 business days in advance. We’ll pause your subscription and resume the following month without penalty.

6. Refunds for Add-Ons

  • Add-on services like custom reel shoots, paid ad management, or branding kits are also non-refundable once production or planning has begun.

  • If these services haven’t been initiated, a refund request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Disputes and Exceptions

If you experience issues with the service, quality of deliverables, or timelines, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve all concerns fairly and promptly, and may offer alternate solutions such as revision, credit toward future content, or service extension where applicable.
