BuzzBox worked with Rungajaun Tea Estate to modernize its digital presence, combining heritage with storytelling to attract new tea lovers, tourists, and retail customers across India and abroad.

Rungajaun Tea Estate is one of Assam’s most picturesque and historically rooted tea gardens, known not just for its high-quality teas, but for the experience, culture, and soul that flows through its lands. While the estate thrived offline, its story wasn’t reaching digital audiences in the same way.

BuzzBox stepped in to craft monthly content boxes that celebrated both the product and the place. From cinematic reels showing the early morning mist over the tea fields, to stories about pluckers, legacy brewing methods, and premium packaging design, the content was deeply rooted in authenticity.

We highlighted two sides of the brand:

  • The Experience — visuals and reels showcasing the estate’s heritage, scenery, and people

  • The Product — educational posts, brewing tips, packaging showcases, and retail CTA content

The campaign not only helped build a stronger emotional connection with urban tea buyers but also attracted a growing community of travel enthusiasts and boutique cafe partners.
